First up, is a Chop it and Box it mango, pistachio and mixed bean salad. Olivia says, "This is a great way to meet nutritional needs on the go. Packed full of nutrients, the pulses provide protein, essential amino acids and slow release fuel making this an ideal pre-training meal. Meanwhile, pistachios, tomatoes and spinach are loaded with antioxidants to support the immune system.
